Michael Rosenbaum (born 30 November 1955) is an American film and TV actor, director, producer, writer and comedian. He is best known for his portrayal as Lex Luthor in Smallville and provided the voice for the Flash in Justice League. In Batman: Arkham Knight, Rosenbaum provided his voice for Johnny Charisma.
